PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND Maintained a Real Estate Brokers license in the state of Colorado since 1986. Became Associate with Telluride Real Estate Corporation in 1988. In 1992 four of my associates and I acquired 100% ownership of the company.

SALES ACHIEVEMENTS Experienced in all aspects of the Telluride market: residential, condominium, fractional and club memberships, commercial, development, and land. One of the top selling and listing agents in the resort area.

REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENTS 1986 - developer of first condominium project (The Telemark) in the Telluride Mountain Village. 1990 - Developed second phase of Telemark including first parking garage in the Mountain Village core. Prior to 1985, involved in the development of two bank buildings, a 50,000-square-foot office building, and a small residential subdivision in Grand Junction, Colorado.

BANKING AND FINANCE Twenty years of experience in commercial banking. Developed and supervised real estate loan department for construction and development loans. President and CEO of an independent national bank. Consultant for the acquisition and formation of Bank of Telluride ownership group.

CIVIC INVOLVEMENT Director and officer of the Mountain Village Metropolitan Service Corp. (master Property owners association and service company). Director, Treasurer, and Secretary of the Mountain Village Metropolitan District. Former Mayor of the Town of Mountain Village. Member Telluride Association of Realtors.

PERSONAL Married with two adult children. Home owner in Mountain Village, with second home in Cave Creek, Arizona.
